* Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, Zenses will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. zenses.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at zenses.com while using the secure server.

* In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

 

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of check-out based on package total weight.

International Shipping
We are NOT able to ship packages outside of the United States at this time. Sorry!

 

3. Return Policy

We sincerely want you to be happy with your Zenses' purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly refund your money, give you a Zenses' credit, or exchange your purchase for other Zenses' products on the condition that the item(s) be returned to Zenses unused and in the original condition and packaging as shipped to you.

How to Return a Purchase

1) Please e-mail Zenses at returns@zenses.com to apply for a RMA#;

2) In your email, please include:
* your name
* your e-mail address
* your daytime phone number
* your order number and date of purchase
* the reason for the return
* how you would like to be reimbursed (refund, credit, or exchange)

3) Within ten days, return the unused product in its original condition and packaging to:

We know you'll understand that we can't refund, exchange, or credit for items which have been used or are not in the original packaging and condition as shipped from Zenses. Thank you!
